Who We Are
Eternal Flame of Hope Ministries is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization founded in 2001 by Fr. Richard J. Bretone, a Catholic Priest from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn.
It is also a religious organization, specifically, a Private Association of the Faithful of The Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn.
What We Do
We host day-trip retreats at Heaven's Embrace, our property in the Catskill Mountains.
We also hold events and do charitable works in and around New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Heaven's Embrace
Nestled 90 minutes north of New York City on 50 acres of nature's undisturbed beauty is Heaven's Embrace.
At the base of a magnificent waterfall sits the Chasuble Studio-Chapel. The grounds also feature religious works of art highlighted by the Holiness Trail - the Stations of The Cross set in the natural beauty of the local area's trees and foliage.

What's Next?
St Jude's Retreat
Our future goal of creating a retreat facility at Heaven's Embrace for up to 72 people to go on weekend overnights. It will also accomodate up to 20 people with severe physical disabilities so that they too may enjoy God, nature, and art.
